Fun Fact: This block has multiple clones planted and we will sometimes use the 115 clone of Pinot Noir for our Rosé of Pinot Noir. This is our lowest elevation on our estate and cool air pools here, keeping it relatively cooler than the rest of the vineyard. This helps the fruit retain acidity throughout the hot summers, but also makes it susceptible to frost in the early spring.
