Made from 100% Pinot Noir fruit and aged in French oak barrels, with notes of wild strawberry, mandarin blossom, vanilla, passion fruit, mango.
Our diverse site shines through in this wine, offering a mosaic of flavors; the texture is smooth and layered with mouthwatering acidity making it a fine pairing with creamy cheeses and sauces. Golden apricot, toasted hazelnut and coconut, pineapple, Meyer lemon zest.
Fermented and aged partially in neutral oak barrels and partially in stainless steel tank, this wine showcases the best of worlds. Rich texture, sweet almond, orange blossom, pineapple, subtle coconut.
A bright acid driven style of our house Riesling, full of dynamic energy! The aromatics are fresh with hints of lime zest, peach, honey and white flowers. On the palate a zing is delivered with flavors of citrus, lemon peel, and star fruit.
