Our Tasting Room is open Thursday - Monday, 11am - 5pm for both walkins and reservations, with our last seating for a tasting at 4pm. Reservations can be made through Tock:

Located in the heart of our 150-acre estate, our Tasting Room is only 10 minutes from
downtown McMinnville and open year ‘round! Taste through 100% estate grown wines while
taking in vineyard views from our amiable Tasting Room or relaxing under the old oak trees on
the back deck.

We offer both indoor and outdoor seating - our outdoor seating is not covered but is shaded by oak trees, so please plan accordingly. Children and minors are welcome but they do count towards your total party size and must remain seated with you during your tasting.  Groups of 7+ or more require a credit card on file to reserve the table.  If visiting with your furry companions, they must remain outside at all times, but can join you for wine tasting on the deck.  We do not allow outside food but we do have charcuterie available for purchase. 

Whether planning your visit in advance, or spontaneously dropping in, we are sure to have a spot for you!

Flights:

We rotate the wines on our flight to offer a seasonal selection of our current releases. Our flight typically features a mix of red, white, rosé wines for $25-$30, waived with a 2 bottle purchase. Check out our current offering here!

We also serve wine by the glass and bottle!

Wine Tasting Experiences:

Dive deeper into our history, geography, viticulture, and winemaking with our Guided Vineyard Hike in the spring and summer, and our Barrel Tasting Experience in the winter. Reservations are required in advance - please book on Tock here!

Current Experience: Guided Vineyard Hike: Available May - September, subject to seasonal variation. 

We believe that winemaking starts in the vineyard. For this experience we invite you to explore the abundant landscape of our growing vineyard like never before. Step between the rows, hike the rolling hills, get to know the history, viticulture, and geology, pausing along the way to taste the wines made from each block we visit.

During this guided hike, you will taste five wines, and replenish yourselves with a charcuterie board at the finish. More than your average stroll, for this experience you will need to lace up your sturdy hiking shoes and be prepared to traverse the steep slopes of the vineyard.

$55 / person, includes a $10 wine credit for bottle purchases.

Sunday Funday:

When the sun’s out, so are we! Whether you’re headed home from the coast, wrapping up your weekend adventures, or simply looking for a reason to get outside, make a stop at Yamhill Valley Vineyards. Sunday Funday is an easygoing way to enjoy wine, fresh air, and a little extra time in wine country.

Each Sunday between Memorial Day through Labor Day, you can join us for access to our self guided hiking trails (open 11am-3pm), lawn games, bring-your-own-picnic to the lawn, specials on wine by the glass and bottles of wine enjoyed onsite, plus charcuterie specials in the Tasting Room. The lawn is a first come, first served area.  We extend the Sunday Funday offerings on these holiday weekends: Saturday - Monday of Memorial Day weekend,  Friday - Sunday of 4th of July, and Saturday - Monday of Labor Day weekend. 

More Than Wine:

If you would like something to snack on alongside your flight or glass, we offer a charcuterie board featuring several cheeses, local salami, hazelnuts, olives, dried cherries, olives, and crackers. Outside food or picnics are not allowed, except on our lawn during Sunday Funday in the summertime. 

We also offer a rotating selection of local beer, kombucha, sodas, and fizzy water.

Children:

Children are welcome at Yamhill Valley Vineyards. Please include them in your head count when making a reservation. Children must be seated at your table with you or accompanied by an adult at all times.

Dogs:

We love furry friends but we cannot have them inside the Tasting Room. They can join you for wine tasting on our back deck by using the outside stairs.  Our deck is not covered, so please plan accordingly. Pets must be on leash and under control at all times while visiting our premises.

Large groups:

We can easily accommodate groups of up to 6 guests with a regular reservation. For groups of 7 or more we do require a credit card hold. You can make the reservation through Tock or contact us directly: info@yamhill.com / 503-843-3100.  If you do not show up for your reservation, or cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, we will charge the card on file a reservation fee of $25 per person.  You can rent our spaces by the hour, please inquire directly.
