Our Rosé is made from handpicked Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Rainbow 115. The fruit sits on the skins for up to 4 hours to extract flavor, texture, and the beautiful color. After a gentle pressing, the wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels.
Oregon strawberry, passion fruit, watermelon, white pepper and orange blossom.
